This is free heating system, gasifiers waste oil, so the oil isn't alight but the gases which the oil gives off, which burn super clean without every smoking or smelling.
It does creates a clear haze from the heat.
It's controlled with a waste oil controller, so it stays at the temperature you set it at.
What can it be used for, it can be setup outside heating water for radiators in the homes, underfloor heating, hot water cylinders, spa pools, cold large tin workshops, drying firewood, and sand, rearing calves to warm milk. Currently heating 8 radiators and two showers in Feilding, some customers run radiators of it, and spa, and swimming pool, also heats aircraft hangers', large workshops. It can run 24/7 and its heating is all free.
This is the new jet burner which converts your log fire to burn waste oil,
there is no smoke, keeps your fire clean without ash everywhere. Quite operation.
Priced at $750.00 as a kit with instructions how to install. The kit comes with waste oil controller to manage the fire, this keeps the fire going at a set temperature and never changes all day, very stable.

We currently run this at, pump time 0.4 seconds to 10 seconds delay time and it runs all day at that. We heat a 3-bedroom home 2 story to 24c with a bedroom window open.

The last report from the last customer who brought a unit said, awesome unit. Far too big for my 110m2 workshop, had to drop it right down, I've got all 3-roller door up, I'll have a singlet on soon.

How these operate is they control you oil flow into your heater, stopping the over heating most waste oil or gravity heater fine themselves in.
This times the delivery of oil at say, 1 second pump to 6 second delay time, this controls the heater and keeps it at a set temperature.
And a thermostat to cut out should the fire go out due to water.

- This unit was sold to a woman who is living in a woolshed, still has the grates for the sheep so very airy. I did wonder if this was the limit to these heaters, but not so, it heated the place was the report. :0)

Burning waste oil can be an issue, as it contains water and bits of stuff which the oil pump doesn't like. So, how we get around this is by having a storage tank to hold the oil you're burning. This is a 45kg cylinder upside down. We have a tap in the gas outlet which is now the drain. Oil can settle in this storage tank so the water will quickly drop to the bottom as well as the heavier bits, which can now be removed, we remove this stuff about every 6 months. The pump suction is 3/4 down the tank so it never reaches the rubbish at the bottom, feeding only the premium oil to the fire. Note we have 44-gallon drums of oil too, all the oil in those drums is pumped into the storage tank so becomes processed oil. I know 1 drum is 1/3 water which doesn't become an issue because we can get rid of it in the storage tank. So, your oil is now processed oil, which I understand is ok to burn.
#We do offer this setup using a 44-gallon drum turned upside down with a tap in the small outlet with legs for $100.00 it come with a 50mm hole drilled in the top and a large steel funnel to take the pour without spilling it.
We have just built this blue flame hob today, we will be testing it tomorrow it will be for sale when we work out the price.
Thermostat we use $10.00 nzd plus courier. It controls the fire should the fire go out for some reason; the sensor will sense the drop its temperature and turn off the pump and fire. Or say your heating a spa pool and you want the pool at 40c set the thermostat at 40c it will turn off the fire at that temperature.
The timer we use $25.00nzd plus courier.
This timer has a multiple of operaterations but we use P3 which is the dual timer.
This times the pump to the temperature your wanting say 1 sec pump to 6 second delay.
